This project is situated on Stanley Wong Ma Kok Road. The owner is a European client with a penchant for British style. Centered on the elegant European aesthetic they admire, we have custom designed a coastal residence that balances refined texture and generous openness. Its calm, imposing presence is enhanced by artistically rich textures, accented with sophisticated warm yellow ambient lighting that exudes understated elegance—perfectly aligned with the owner’s British taste and refined sensibilities. The spatial design abandons ornate main lighting fixtures, instead using layered light and shadow to soften visual focus. Against the subtle glow, the TV feature wall exudes a restrained yet luxurious elegance. The overall layout is crisp and minimalist. The stairwell features warm wood finishes as its focal point, free of unnecessary embellishments. It retains the authentic character of classic British European style while seamlessly integrating the interior with the natural sea view. Every detail reflects the poise and sophistication of a distinguished residence.
